 An Ohio native and graduate of Wilmington College and the Ohio State University College of Medicine; Washington resident since 1964; Whidbey Islander since 1970; retired (1986) Navy captain; former hospital commanding officer and Board Certified Family Practitioner / flight surgeon; appointed Island County Health Officer, 1991; founder and Medical Director North Whidbey Community Clinic 1991-96; charter (ex-officio) member CHAB, March 1993; elected Commissioner, Whidbey General Hospital (Oak Harbor district 4) 1996, 2001 & 2007; 54+ years of public service; married, 5 children, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Dr. Case lives in Oak Harbor, WA
